Privacy

This site is a simple informational page for Inertia Small Jobs, a small home repair business serving the South Miami area. We keep it plain on purpose. There are no accounts to create, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising trackers here. You can read every page without being signed in, followed, or profiled. Contact happens by email or phone, and that is the only way we collect anything about you. When you send us an email, we receive what you choose to include: your name, your email address, your phone number, a description of the project, and any photos you attach. If you call, we may note your name and number. We do not ask for more than we need. We use that information only to do the things you asked for: reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule the work, and carry out the work. Photos you send stay private. We do not publish them on this site or anywhere else without your written permission. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the people who need it to do the work, such as helpers on a job, and only to the extent needed. We keep information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you want a copy of what we have, or want it deleted sooner, email hello@inertiasmalljobs.com and we will take care of it. Please do not send sensitive information, such as payment card numbers or government ID, by email or text. We do not need it, and email is not a secure place for it. If we ever need payment details, we will agree on a safer way with you first. If anything here is unclear, or if you have a question about how we handle your information, write to hello@inertiasmalljobs.com or call 505-900-1299. We are happy to explain in plain language.
